VOLUNTEERS AND PARTNERS
We are looking for a farmer or someone with extensive farm experience and knowledge to assist our staff in achieving good production on this farm. It would be a volunteer position,
We also need similar assistance in other areas such as: teaching, construction, crafts, computer training and other technical skills.
Following is a list of some of the material needs we have currently in New Horizon and other projects.
Bicycles
Computers
Farm equipment
Sewing machines
Sports equipment
Musical instruments
Educational toys
We appreciate every gift that helps in anyway.
FUNDS
Being a wise steward of the funds that God has entrusted to us is of utmost importance. NHO is committed to making sure that all funds go directly to benefit orphans.
Whether, it is NHO or another organization, prayerfully consider a financial gift, James 2 14-17, tells us to put our faith in action. Children and adults are starving, and naked. What can you actively do to help your donation to NHO enables staff to make life-changing purchases that can forever improve the quality of life for children around us. But just as you excell in
everything…. See that you also excel in this grace of giving (2Cor.8.7).DONATIONS
This is one of the ways you can assist the home. The day-to-day care for a child costs, on average, US$2. Donations in cash or kind will go a long way in changing the home. Cheque donations can be made out New Horizon Orphanage; cash donations are welcome but least encouraged. One can donate food, clothes, books, toys, and new or old equipment. Donations can even be specifically given for certain items, and we will gladly purchase that item with those funds.

The goals for the home are many and cannot be achieved without the support of others. Support or pledges of any type are very welcome. One can support a child through school or on their day-to-day upbringing. One can pledge to fund or see through one project or part of it.
